Pancake Supper
Hosted by a Mardi gras float full of generous men of our congregation, this breakfast-for-dinner tradition honors the last evening of gluttony before the self-restraint and ritual fasting of Lent. A supper of pancakes, sausage and bacon is provided. Please enjoy the maple syrup at your own risk. There will be games.
All are welcome but it is helpful to know if you are coming because Mo. Shay will hoard the sausages. Call or email Crissy to let her know.

Parish Annual Business Meeting
This very important meeting requires us to approve the Cathedral’s annual budget, elect new Vestry members and Convention delegates, and approve our updated bylaws. In addition, we will do a little parish planning – what went well last year that we would like to do again, and what would we like to plan for in the coming year? Please mark your calendar and plan to be present on this day! Lunch is served!
In the Margins Book Group
In the Margins weaves stories from Shannon’s life into reflections on well-known biblical narratives—such as Jacob wrestling with the divine, Rahab and the Israelite spies, Ezekiel and the dry bones, and the transfiguration of Jesus. In each chapter, Shannon shows how stories have helped him make sense of his own identity, and how those same stories can unlock the transformative power of faith for those willing to listen with an open mind and stand alongside him in the in-between.
Budget and By Laws Preview
Do you have questions about our 2024 budget or the Cathedral’s policies and practices?
Please plan to be present to review in detail the updates to the bylaws governing Christ Cathedral and for a deep dive into the budget for 2024. Members of the Bylaws and Finance Committees will be present to answer questions more thoroughly than time permits at the Annual Parish Meeting. In the Library of the Parish Hall.
